In this country it is illegal by law to create a contract allowing such monitoring.
off-topic, but quite interesting anyway I think
edit: Not entirely true. Only few laws exist in this area currently, so it's still a dark zone with few known boundaries. So I was a little too confident in laws about privacy protection..

not really.
European laws just want you to TELL employees that you plan monitoring them. You put that in writing, notify it, and you can do it.
You just can't do it stealthily. Which is obvious.
People know that their personal web traffic during work hours is monitored, and they refrain from visiting porn websites. |

Ozy, you might be right here. I'm not a lawyer (yesss! ), so I am not soo sure about the very details concerning logging of web traffic. |
