Kronos and keyboard splits?

Ok another newb question. I am curious if any midi keyboard can be used to extend the range of the Kronos keyboard? Hook it up via midi and either extend the lows down below where the Kronos leaves off or up above where it leaves off or Shift the range of the Kronos and add the other keyboard on on the lower registers. Make sense? Why I don't know but it sounds like a good idea in my head. The board I am looking at is the Little Phatty. Thanks!

of course you can do that! just assign what you want to be played on the 2nd keyboard in the kronos's midi routing page.
you can do this with any modern workstation

You could do that even with M1, so it's not just "any modern workstation". You could do it with old workstations as well. Very Happy
