That's a GREAT place for the ribbon! Too bad that board never made it into stores...but am I the only one pining for a built-in ribbon controller ala CS-80? Kurzweil had it made...then they went and replaced it with a modular (but still an option). Oh woe is me _________________ Kurzweil K2500 (stolen), Korg Z1 18-voice (stolen), Yamaha P250, Novation Nova, Korg Wavedrum, Korg Kronos 61 (it's here!), as many free VST's as I can find |

Another thing that should have made it on every KORG synth since that OASYS mockup is that vertical thumb slider beside the joystick. So conveniently located, and about the perfect replacement for a mod wheel!
Why, KORG, why didn't you implement that?? It seems like such a no brainer to me. As does the big ribbon. Oh well, I'll have one on my PC3. _________________ PRAY FOR THIS PLANET!! |
