Technically someone should be able to write a program for the Nintendo WiFi USB connector that would let it sync to a PC running a Midi sequencer.

You might want to ask in the Nintendo DS homebrew community to see if anyone there has written such a program or would be interested in writing one. I know I'd love such a program.

The easiest way to do it I think would be to write a program (or VST plug in! even better) on the COMPUTER side that pretended to be another DS, and talked to the others via bluetooth for synch abilities

and even note data exchange could be done, wow!

Any update on this?

I find it hard to believe that Nintendo or whoever makes the DS-10 software hasn't already implemented a feature which would enable the DS-10 to be synced with a DAW or similar.....

i know this post is old but i had an idea for something else that would be absolutely amazing!

make a midi controller out of the ds or make a ds game where it makes the ds into an FX unit like the kp3, mini kp etc.

that would be SSOO AWESOME! doubt it'll happen though Sad
