Just got my MS yesterday and really liking what I see so far =)

I am a little unsure if my sampling level bar (on the right of the display) and audio in LED is working ok, or if I am getting their functions mixed up. When I use the mic socket the bar seems to show the correct level (though some bars seem to stay on longer than the bars underneath them, and the LED copies the bar).

When I did a quick tests recording mono samples from my laptop, the bar only light up 2 bars on max but the LED went red with what I thought was a low level.

So I than tried recording my Roland MC202 mono output and only manged to get the bar near clipping when the gain knob and gain parameter were at max, unyet the audio in LED went red at a much smaller level like before.
