Best way to move your data from the M-3 to the Kronos?

I know the Kronos won't load sng's from the M-3, so what's the best way to transfer data from the M-3 to the Kronos?

Save your songs as .mid so kronos can read them. Take note of the instruments per track per songs so match it in the kronos. Even better: take a hi res pictures of seq setting ( patches used) of each of your songs.
