I bought the PA3x at woodbrass.com but came with a French manual. I have contact both woodbrass and the Dutch importer Voerman but both won't sent me one.

Hello Frans N,
There's a manual for sale on e8ay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/KORG-Pa3x-professional-arranger-keyboard-GUIDE-/360362739931?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53e74b08db#ht_500wt_693
If it were me, I'd download the PDF of the english version, and use my printer to print just the pages I needed. _________________ I used to play Korg instruments, then I took an arrow to the knee. |

Thanks Hanon but that's a brochure not a manual.
Yes I think I will let make a book from the PDF by a print shop. Not really a good service though from the online store Woodbrass.com where I bought the PA3X and from the Dutch Korg importer Voerman.nl.
I think a keyboard of 3200 Euro should at least have 2 manuals and one of it must be English. . _________________ Korg Havian 30 |

Sorry about the manual mix up, I'd swear that the first time I looked it was a manual "old age, I guess".
It is really disappointing not to get a manual in the correct language.
The other side of that is getting a 500 page manual for a really simple device, only to find that it has 50 pages each in 10 different languages.
Getting the pdf printed at a print shop is a good idea, I'll add that to my bag of tricks.
Best regards, Hanon _________________ I used to play Korg instruments, then I took an arrow to the knee. |

Hi Frans,
I've send you an PM and check this: http://www.korgpa.com/en/support/products/arrangers/pa3x/pa3x-manuals.html
And Voerman.............yep I know.
I've had the same problem, with my Pa2xPro.
I've bought it in Germany, € 600 cheaper than here in Holland.
I've send an email, and asked if they would send me the Dutch manual
and that I would pay for it.
The answer: "You didn't buy the Korg in Holland, so we send you
no manual."
Thanks to a friend of mine from Belgium who has scanned the whole
manual and made a pdf of it, I've got my dutch manual.
It's a very bad case that a company who represents Korg, do things
like this. I've complained about it by Korg in Japan and Italy but no answer untill now.
It should not be important were you've bought the instrument.

Imagine there are two supermarket stores in your town. You buy something from one of them and then go to the other to get a refund for a bad product. Just wont happen.
Sales companies are like that too ... they are adverse to providing support for a product they didn't sell and make some profit on. This in no way reflects on the Korg product line, it's just good business practice.
Now when you offered to pay for a replacement Dutch manual from the KORG sales company in the Nederlands and they refused ... then you have a valid complaint to take to KORG corporate.
I didn't receive my manual for my KORG PA keyboard so I called up KORG USA and and they sent me a new manual no charge.
All sales companies are not created equal.
p.s. If I were you I might have a go at calling then up again but this time just tell them the manual was lost and you need a replacement. _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”

Hi Thoraldus,
The problem is I bought the PA3X online at woodbrass.com and the KB arrived with a French manual. I asked them for an English manual but told me they are a French dealer so they only have a French manual. With that story I went to voerman.nl the Dutch importer of Korg and ask them to send me an English manual and that I want to pay for it. They say you have to ask your dealer so I send again a 2 messages to woodbrass but no respond. Ask voerman.nl also for the second time to help me but they refuse.
Now what kind of service is that for such expensive product. _________________ Korg Havian 30 |

Frans,
You might try contacting either of these sales companies to see if they could provide you with an English manual. Good luck!
