Hi everyone, I dont want to waste anyones time here and get yelled at for my first post, but I just got my KRONOS 61. Its serial number 000302. I emailed Korg to see if it needed a new data wheel, but no response yet. But my REAL question is....
I am trying to use the sequencer. I am not familiar with it. I want to use the internal drum patterns to make a song. I figured out from the you tube demo how to import a drum pattern when I use the song template to load "pop" and it auto sets up the first 8 tracks. My question is.....How can I, from anywhere, load a preset drum pattern into my song? Can I preview the pattern so I know if it will work, or is it luck?
I know that ALL of you guys have forgotten more about electronic music creation that I will ever know, but I have a lot of ideas that I want to get down. I am learning to use Logic pro as well. Since I have mostly been just a keyboard player in bands, this is a new direction for me. Anyhow, I know that this is a long post, and I figure I dont really need anyone to rehash whats probably already asked somewhere that I am just not good enough yet on computers to find, so I promise I will get better at this but please just point me in the right direction with some links, or anything that could help me learn and Ill do the work and study on my own. I just need help beginning on this. Thanks for your patience in reading this and I HATE having to write this request, because from reading I know I might get yelled at on here. I just wanna learn, so even if you are going to yell at me a bit, please at least yell and teach me how to teach myself at the same time, if that makes sense.
