Ok, well its odd, in your description you indicate you are hearing audio only on the left side on playback. So this is not "mono", per se. It sounds more like a routing issue.....as in, your tracks are not routed to the L/R buss....but rather to the "L" buss only (assuming you are not using the extra output jacks). Be sure to check your routing....also in effects, to be sure your signal is landing on the L/R buss.
I will take it for granted that:
1. You have the tracks panned hard left/right.
2. Your input was in stereo (both the hardware connection, read: stereo cables attached and functioning properly; and the software input is routed to a L/R buss, and panned as such, and then selected as the Rec Source of the tracks you record to).
But, based solely on your comment about all audio appearing at the Left channel only on playback.....I'm betting your tracks are routed to a single buss rather than a stereo buss.
Routing can be a fairly complex thing (multiple options to achieve similar results)....so lets start with this and see where we go. _________________ http://soundcloud.com/ronf-3/sets/ronf-music

yep I'm padded hard right/left, no effects routing on both routing pages the tracks are set at L/R _________________ Don't get caught in the spot light & don't forget to rock the boat - just don't tip it over

Try this.....Assuming you recorded on tracks 1 and 2. Deselect any latching/pairing of these tracks. Bring the fader down to zero (or mute) track 2. Make sure track one is assigned to L/R master buss. Put on some headphones or listen carefully while you sweep the pan of track-1 as it plays.....do you hear the track audio panning from left to right as you control the pan "pot"? _________________ http://soundcloud.com/ronf-3/sets/ronf-music
