I'm able to assign Mp3's in P1 & P2 player in Style Play Mode but there is no action ? ..

anything wrong in the procedure ?

MP3's can only be played back in SONG PLAY and SONGBOOK mode. Having an MP3 in style play makes no sense

Well, if this makes no sense then why it's implemented ?

I think, if it can be activated and synchronised, it'll be a very useful function

Also, Do you know how to assign waves/MP3 on PADS 'always in Play Mode) ..?

You have to load your own samples (44,1kHz/16bit) and make a pcg
of them. With this pcgs you have to creaate your pads.

When it is the same procedure like in the pa2, then you cannot load
complete songs as sample.
There is a limit of 12-30 seconds. I dont know the exact length.
Less than a minute is shure.

Yes! the sampling time is about 21sec.

I missed that when I import the wave file I should record it within PAD page again (some thing like creating a style)

not realy simple procedure, ... As I never had a KORG arranger.

I still dont think MP3 makes sense in style mode nor i can think of a way of
using it, i think physically is impossible, MP3 is a linear thing while a Style
is a Loop...with no end or begining.

Hi Laurance,

A Song (either SMF or MP3) can be selected while in Style Play mode, to let you be ready to start it as soon as you have ended playing with Styles. You cannot play it in Style Play mode (as noted by others, reserved to looping patterns), but you can "reserve" for it.

that makes sens now, I asked that because I thought this will be interesting to mix Mp3's with styles in realtime (could save effort for a one man show or doing some DJ tricks ...etc)

but with the PAD's (only 21sec. wave files) still very very useful.

As I mentioned befor, this is my first KORG arranger, and i'm still discovering

But, so far Sooo Good.
