Probably simple, but not from looking at the sequencer or reading manual and parameter guide:

I would like to know how I can bounce one or more midi tracks to one stereo audio (wav) file. Shouldn't be too complicated, should it?

Frankly, the sequencer looks like one of the least intutitive parts of the Kronos to me so far. Hope this will change with getting used to it a bit.

Read the section in the Parameter Guide about Audio Recording. The answer is in the Record Source for each of your audio tracks.

ok, so I have to

a) set two audio mono files to become a stereo pair
b) set input source to l/r
c) record to these two audio tracks after setting panning manually l/r

And then there is a wav file with the mixdown in the song folder structure which I can get from there manually, after going to the disk menu (how weird is that: not saving the song dircetly from the sequencer?) and deciding what to save each time there?

I had hoped for ONE simple command to save a song or export midi to smf in the sequencer menu structure, and one more like "mixdown to stereo track" directly to the USB stick root directory.
This all looks VERY proprietary and far from common sequencer use.

Yes, it is easier - the Bounce All Tracks To Disk command, drop-down Menu on the first page of Seq mode, iirc. Sorry I don't have time to go into more details....
