I would suggest contacting Korg Product Support.
If you can send them the soundfont files, and they can replicate the problem, they can send a bug report to Japan for investigation. _________________ ** KORG Product Support Contacts **
(they support BOTH hardware and software)
Korg USA Product support -- https://www.korgusa.com/contactus (For fastest service I would suggest calling them on the phone)
Outside the U.S. contact your Korg Country Distributor -- https://www.korg.com/us/corporate/distributors/ |

The other thing that comes to mind is memory usage - are you trying to over-stuff your Kronos? |

Hi AK!
I reported this recently to the team... what I was finding was that if there weren't enough Program/Combi slots available in the range you specified the system would hang like this. To test this, instead of trying to load the Programs into "late" or higher locations, try once to load them starting at INT-A 000 (be sure you've backed up all your data first).
If it works this time it's certainly the running out of Program locations.
Regards,
Jerry |
