gorkymate,
This topic has been covered here before... probably for the same reasons - no Korg-authorized service locally.
Korg is very apprehensive about releasing service manuals because of proprietary information contained in them. Even older, discontinued Keyboards like the 01W have no official distribution other than through Korg.
Also, self-repair or unauthorized repair violates the warrantee for gear.
Not releasing the service manuals is actually intended to protect consumers from sub-standard work and to reduce Korg's liability to cover losses from bungled repairs.

Got you Billy,
I have seen on e-bay, they are selling service manuals.
Even I got service manual for some Korg keyboard from friend on forum
I only wanna have some kind off back up because when I need some part and I don't know it's serial number or service code or something I can look on web I try to search for it...like for example...mask for floopy drive for my T2ex...etc...
If I go locally to dealer for my country, that is in Zagreb,Croatia, they order it from Sky Music from Republic of Serbia, because they are distributors for all countries in former Yugoslavia that was once one State. ....and that doesn't function very well, or at all!!
Why? I don't konw...but..I have allready order some part for my M3 KORG and I still wait for this part...even though it was like 1,5 year ago!!!!!!!!
So, I just need to find parts one way or other and make my keys work for me as long as possible, if you understand me. _________________ Korg Oasys 88, Korg T2EX, Roland D-50, Roland U 20, Yamaha DX7 IIFD, Roland XV5080, Roland U220 x2, Trinity Plus with TRI-PBS board |

caxton,
I'm really surprised to see the SM's at this site since Korg pretty much will not distribute them to the public (*). Nice to know they're readily available somewhere for those like Gorkymate who've been isolated by politics or geography from "authorized" service.
Hmmm, I wonder if they include the copyright statement in the PDF version.
