|
|
I got a used Korg Triton Pro X and the load up screen is showing Triton Pro... when it loads like this, the sounds don't play. So in order to get the sounds to play, I have to hit Menu+2 as I start the keyboard up and everything works perfectly.
The problem is: When I shut off the keyboard, it doesnt remember to load up as Pro X and always loads as pro if I dont do the menu+2 thing.
Is there a way I can make it remember to load as a Pro X?
Thanks in advance! |

figured it out... i have fully restored a broken pro x... this was the last little detail...
so for those in the future:
Enter + 2 during load up sends you to a testing area where you can select the model keyboard you had.
if anyone else has questions about the innards of a triton and dont want to mess around with korg support or pay for someone to tell you they dont know whats wrong with your triton, send me an email, ill be happy to help.

I was gonna say, sometimes you can buy used tritons that have been repaired with the motherboard of a smaller triton, this can sometimes cause tht to happen _________________
