I love the iMS-20, but a couple things are a little frustrating about it. One thing that is MADDENING is trying to set the tempo to an exact rate...it can take me 10 minutes to dial in 100 bpm, without any fraction. Changing knob speed is no help.

Is there ANY way to just type in a tempo, or a way to make the knob lock to whole numbers??

you can simply swipe the knob up/down or left/right to adjust in small intervals.

ok...in rotary mode I can dial in small intervals. Thanks.
But I still spend way too much time trying to get it right. Why, oh why can't they just make it so you can type in a value!?!?

...because the original ms-20 had no keypad and the designers slavishly modeled i-knobs as the truest-to-the-original "virtu-real" entry interface -- maybe a pop-up or pull down keypad would be a good v.2 suggestion.
