|
|
Hello,
I'm having a problem with recording a song. I made the song last night and copied it onto my SD card. It has an arpeggiated track and a drum track, but other than that it's pretty simple. Today I tried to add another track into the list (was looking to add another sound), but when I go to record, the first track is a little messed up (like as if I dubbed another arpeggio in the bass on the first track, but I definitely didn't). Could I get some help about this, because I am composing an album and this is the title song.
Thanks! _________________ I am not so much "insane" as I am "ingenious". |

Have you checked out to push "clear" option when you load the .seq file?
Another cheking is in preferencies label. Make sure it´s in overwrite mode, instead of overdubbing.
Hope this can help. _________________ 100% hardware made. All is done in a Korg M50 internal sequencer. Now updated (7/09/12) at http://www.hispasonic.com/akmon |

No, that didn't help. I'll try re recording the first layer and see if it works.[/img] _________________ I am not so much "insane" as I am "ingenious". |

I think I found a deeper problem...to start out the song, I went to Gliding Squares and used the arpeggiator pattern U0380(INT), and I received a nice little skippy sound I was looking for. I transferred it over to SEQ mode via ENTER+REC/WRITE. I ran the arpeggio again and it came out mushy. I went to P7 of the SEQ tracks and the PROG screen. There were some small differences but I changed them to match the PROG. Unfortunately, it still didn't sound right. I am racking my brain to try and figure this out!
I really am bad at this, huh? ^^; _________________ I am not so much "insane" as I am "ingenious". |
