Aaakkk, accidentally listened past 8 seconds!
-------------
This presumes some editing skill on your part -- you'll need to be familiar enough with how sounds are put together to follow directions with minimal "then you push this button" hand-holding. Got manual?
As a guess; find the synth sound (SAW will be in the name somewhere), set osc to mono, then set portamento to ON with a fairly long portamento rate -- possibly maximum since the total rise took ~ 7 or 8 seconds.
That's pretty much it.
Performance: you would set up the synth by playing the lowest note on the keyboard (volume off). Raise volume, then go up to your top note (3 octaves?) and start playing the rhythm on that top note only. Portamento would gradually raise the note from the lowest note played (set up) up to the top where it would stabilize, in tune.
The important parts are setting portamento rate so the sweep takes the desired length of time and setting up so you start at the lowest note every time. If you don't you might be rising through a 4th rather than 3 octaves.
You'll want to turn off portamento at that point. If you route control to a switch you can bring it in as needed - otherwise you'll have to burn it as a special program.
-------------
Final thought: Do you definitely know that the Micro's doing this? The smoothness of the rise makes me suspect that an outboard sound source might have been used - VA?

Laugh if you want - prepare to roll on floor. I don't even own a microKorg, but I know these steps will get you close to what you want.
The programming tips are really simple (baby steps) and applicable to any synth. Any manual - please download a free one in .pdf format, there's no excuse - should be indexed to let you find PORTAMENTO and MONO (vs poly) and give you a "how to edit" and "how to save".
Find a close-to-that-one sound. Edit to make the changes. Tweak a filter cut-off knob. Listen. Play. Save.
That's so basic I dunno where else to point you. Let your ambitions drive your learning.
