Thanks for all replies so far. I thought everybody would have the message about the 'possibly dangerous software', but I guess it might be depending on the security settings.

Dear Sina, thank you for your reply.

You seem very positive about PCG Tools, yet I can't remember receiving a donation from you.

It's not really my style of 'asking' for it, but since you seem to be very rich AND having so many gear AND being so positive you might think about pressing that donation button (and of course like any one donating you get your name/logo/link in the External Links screen).

Hi list,

I do have a problem with the installer, it is not the warning i get, but an error:
------------------------------
Windows security warning

Windows found that this file is potentially harmful.
To help protect your computer, Windows has blocked acces to this file.

name: setup.exe
------------------------------

There is no visible way to pass this message and continue.
Does anyone get this message too, and if so, what to do about it?
Tia

I wrote an email also, but I guess it's either because you are not the administrator, or even more likely, your computer security settings are set very high. Can you try to lower them (temporarily of course)?

1) When I try installing it, Avast automatically says

2) Yes, told Avast to open it normally, not open it in sandbox

3) No problems

Thanks Ojustaboo for the screenshots ... I did not try it with avast.

It seems the app's reputation is low ... and I can increase it's reputation by paying $400 a year to Microsoft ...

Thanks everybody for trusting it without me having to such large amount of money.

Hi,

I've investigated the problems with the installer. It was caused by the fact that Windows marks all zips I download with an .exe file in it as suspicious. Then it blocks any access to the .exe files in the zip. This Windows behaviour was previously unknown to me. In the properties of the zip you can unblock the file, which I did, and then the installer came available. Pfoe.

And then the answers to the 3 questions, yes, yes, and no.

And now for some PCG to edit!
