Hey everyone, I'm a happy new owner of the microsampler - mostly interested in loading it with some non dynamic keyboard instruments - some mellotron flutes, horns & strings, some harpsichord, electric piano, Reed & Hammond type organ etc. stuff to use for immediate gratification in keyboard practice and for recording some quick arrangement ideas.

I havn't noticed much in the way of trading homemade sound bank files - are people doing much of that?

I liked the sound of the sampled toy piano in one of those free packs, but I'd rather have a full bank of that, than all those other sounds on there.... when I get back to my toy piano, maybe I can make a soundbank...

and while formatting samples for the soundbank using the editor is not really a big pain - it takes some time, so I wondered if there were some philanthropists out there who've already transfered all the Mellotron samples (for instance) into .msmpl_bank files... well, it would obviously be a great humanitarian service for the rest of us who will be spending our spare wee ours of the night loading sound banks with .wav file (after we've resampled them to the appropriate bit rate of course,,..)

well, after i perfect my mellotron cello bank I'll put a post here to hopefully inspire others with whatever they want to offer - and if anyone has some leads on some good bank files, you can let me know...

cheers!
