such Slots, changing the sound assigned to the

Kronos, currently, a marvel of schizophrenic ergonomics.
At least it has each other.
(Thanks for the workaround.)
Kind Regards,

I just tried this. It worked perfectly, no extra steps necessary. Make sure to write the Set List after editing! _________________ Dan Phillips

Well its seems there is still a little problem with this method at least in my case...
...I'm using a master keyboard to control the Kronos, so far everything was fine and then when in live set mode controlling the sequencer...
...argh it doesn't behave the same way the local keyboard does (aka switching happily from one channel to another between the various song tracks using live set slots), and stick to its assignated channel (1 here for example).
...is there a way to make the kronos respond to a midi master keyboard like it does with its own keyboard, aka receive control on global channel and not on separate ones ? _________________ Synths / Samplers: Korg Kronos 61, Roland RD-700 NX, Yamaha Motif 7, E-MU E-Synth Ultra

If you're using a master keyboard, the standard method would be to change the channel there. _________________ Dan Phillips

I know, but then it just kills a bit the purpose of using set lists with its advantage etc...if I have to use an old UI instead of all of this when in fact I just want to play on my regular 88 keys keyboard instead of the lil' kronos ones, nothing more
I mean configuring a patch list to mirror the set list just because I don't have a midi in -> to global (or pre) keyboard fonction...meh...
God I so hate to have to use SEQ mode from the set list because of these damned band backing tracks _________________ Synths / Samplers: Korg Kronos 61, Roland RD-700 NX, Yamaha Motif 7, E-MU E-Synth Ultra

This sort of thing may exist on some devices, but if so it's rare; it's somewhat at odds with the basic concepts of MIDI and channelization. _________________ Dan Phillips

Yup, Bah I will find a work-around, (and perhaps I already have one, it will required some testing), by the way thanks for the help and answers, and don't pay too much attention, I'm just ranting like my old grandma _________________ Synths / Samplers: Korg Kronos 61, Roland RD-700 NX, Yamaha Motif 7, E-MU E-Synth Ultra
