My favourites are.......
Zumocast - I can view all compatible files that are on my pc including songs. If you don't want to put all your songs on your iPhone then you can stream them when you're at home and connected to wi-fi.
Remote X - This is designed to be able to control iTunes on your pc. However, I use it for a remote for my pc which means that I can control it from my bed when I'm watching films or programs.
Sound hound - This is one of those apps that tells you what song is playing if you hold it up to the speakers. But the really fun part is that it also tells you what you're humming or singing. In the hands of someone who can sing this is no fun at all. But if you give it to someone who is tone deaf or drunk then hours of fun can be had trying to get the app to figure out what song they're singing.
And best of all, they are all free. _________________ Current gear: Korg PA800, Voicelive 2, Shure SM58, Alesis M1 Active 520, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Music Creator 5, Cubase LE4, Faith Venus HG Electro Acoustic, Shine frontier Stratocaster, 2 x Yamaha acoustic, Line 6 Spider IV 30 |

I use Poynt on both my Android and Blackberry. Very good for looking up local businesses and particularly like the cinema times part.
Pretty sure this is also available on iPhone. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, Karma, RADIAS-R, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II, Novation ReMote37SL, Akai APC20, MOTU MIDI TimePiece 2.

Do an app search for "Multi track".
It should turn up the FREE!!! Multi-track recorder.
It records up to 4 tracks - metronome included.
You can save the Recording sessions directly onto your ipod/phone.
Great thing about this app, very useful for testing 3-4 part harmony.
There are other pay-for recorder apps - but for yer iphone/pod this is so simple to use and FREE!!! really Free!! like no pay for more features cons.

iPad 2. Music wise, I have:
* iMS20
* iElectribe
* Animoog
* Filtatron
* Bloom
* iMaschine
* Reactable
* Garageband
* djay
By far my favourite though is:
* Sunrizer. A JP80x0-type clone that sounds superb and is intuitive to play. Effortless great-sounding supersaws (exceeding what my Virus Indigo and Radias can achieve), decent filters (inc. a screamer-type LPF), editable arp, pro effects, even allows you to morph between two patches using the mod-wheel. 7-note poly isn't too shaky either. An absolute snip at £2.69 I think it was.
Various games I have and like:
Mini Motor HD
iFighter 2
* Sonic the Hedgehog
* Mirror's Edge
* Monopoly (although the AI players are a bit easy after a while)
Tales of Monkey Island
Jenga
* Fifa 11 HD
* Trivial Pursuit
* Geometry Wars
Flow Free
Riptide GP
Trial Xtreme
Trial Xtreme 2
* Plants vs Zombies
Getaway
Bike Baron
Zombie Gunship
Running Fred
* Swiped
Virtual Table Tennis HD
MotoHerozHD
Theme Park
Fling
Enigmo Deluxe
... and various others.
Others:
Google Earth
Chrome browser
Facebook
Dropbox
C5 / BBC iPlayer / ITV Player
BBC / Sky News
Photobucket
* iSwifter (for anything that might use flash)
MSN Messenger
* = paid for apps _________________

| The Lemur app is well worth the money if you have the time to learn it. |

xenon groove synthesizer
reminds me of a tribe, sort of. But definitely better on an ipad, or if you're using an ipod/iphone, a stylus pen is a must. |
