i have an email on my profile that is old
please tell me step by step how to change it to the new one

Click on "profile" at the top of the page.
See where your current email address is?
Delete it and type in your new email address.
Click submit.
An email will be sent to your new email address and you will need to click on the link to confirm. (this email may end up in your junk box so please check there if you don't see it)
