|

I was wondering exactly how I can channel my microkorg sounds onto the garageband software (side note: not just to use it as a midi controller). I have a macbook and a m-audio midisport uno cable that connects to the microkorg. Please help! Eager to record, thanks! |

You need to records by hooking the audio outputs (L/Mono and/or R) to the inputs of your computer, or to an external audio interface.
You then record to a 'real instrument' track, otherwise known as an audio track.
MIDI is only for controlling synths, telling them what notes to play, and programming them, etc. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,
