Kronos Enthusiast Workshops: Session 8, Tuesday 4 September 6:30pm @ ABH Kew. We will be exploring one of the new features of Kronos OS version 2.02, User Sampling Banks. We will discuss sampling basics, how to make sample libraries, the difference between sampling ram and User Sample Banks and how to load and save your samples. Bring your Korg synth and headphones, if you've got a microphone, you can bring that too (we'll play around with the vocoder). We will update your Kronos to V2.02 and load it with some awesome sounds.

We tried in the past but it ended up being a too long and would require some serious editing to be interesting to watch online. There are already a lot of great tutorial videos out there by the likes of Qui Robinez and the official videos from Rich Formidoni and the video manual that are pretty concise. The fun is in the hands on approach of the workshop having the Kronos on hand for each participant and everyone going through the steps together.
