I have as a stationary computer a real monster as in I7 processor, 24 Gb Ram, 6 TB harddrives, 3D graphic card and 7.1 DTS-HD sound card. I also have a midi in and out. My question is about the soundcard when it comes to make and edit music with my Pa600.

Is a very good sound card when it comes to 3D, games and movies with 7.1 DTS-HD quality, the same as a very good soundcard when it comes to make music?

Regards
Jacob
