Hello!

Read for example this wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_Studio_Technology.
If I understand right, You have on Your computer some sampler(s) or synthesizer(s), whose sounds You wanna use on PA600? Or vice versa?
Anyway it is the hard work and explaining is long story.
