In the Pa600 the Leslie effect works using many of the Legacy selections, I haven't found any of the Factory settings that engages the Leslie effect.
I had been under the assumption that the Performance settings that came set up on the PA600 were a subset of the Sound selections and that they were actually intended as "user" settings to be modified or overwritten as the need arose.
In the Performance settings there is one selection that I found that engages the Leslie effect and that is "Hot BX3 V+".
However, I don't find "Hot BX3 V+" as a Factory sound selection indicating to me that the Performance selections are not actually a subset of the Factory settings. Does this mean that the Performance settings are not intended as "user" definable because one may loose one-of-a-kind selections? _________________ KORG Pa600 |

The Performance name "Hot BX3 Y+" is the name given to the combination of three voices (programs)
"Super BX Perc" (Legacy > Organ > P1),
"BX3 Rock 3 Y" (Factory > Organ > P1) and
"BX3 FULL 3 Y" (Factory > Organ > P1)
You might want to assign "Rotary Speaker On/Off" to Assignable switch 1 and "Rotary Speaker Fast/Slow" to assignable switch 2. Then set the LOCK on to prevent the keyboard from changing the setting when other sounds are loaded. Works like a charm for me. _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”

P.S. To use the assignable switches like this, the organ sound you use must have "55 ROTARY SPEAKER" set as one of its effects.
Have fun! _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”

Also intresting Effect Rotary Sp. + Over Drive, and switch between clear and dirty organs...

Usually the Rotary speaker toggles on/off by flicking the joystick forward (assuming that the PA600 is same as all other PAs).
You could alternatively assign "Joystick+Y" to the assignable pedal - that's what I do - then it is all "hands-free" when playing....
Cheers

Hello,
You can set the control in the FX page, settings for effects B part (for upperand lower parts). You can change the effects, settings... You have to set this for the performances or STSs as I remember.
A part FXs for accompainment you should set in the style, so settings only in Song Book are not enough. In this case you should permit in General mode to allow style changes for the Factory styles.
