In song play mode. I loaded an mp3, but then can't play a style along with the mp3. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ? All the style options are turned off in song play mode ? _________________ -Ramzi |

You're not doing anything wrong. Strange as it must seem, Style Play is not available in Song Play mode. You can however use the PADs and STS in Song Play mode. _________________ ”It’s easy to play any musical instrument: all you have to do is touch the right key at the right time and the instrument will play itself.”

It can be said that the STS that you are using in styles when you go to song play mode, will stay. So you can use this to set the sound and pads to a special style that you realy don't use as a style, but more as a tool in song play mode so you get the instruments and pads you want when playing your mp3 songs.
Personaly I like midi songs better as I can take away sounds and save it as a new tune and then use it as a ground for my music. Mp3 you only can play but have to make any changes over and over again... |

Good tips, thanks. Is it just me or its really hard to control these pads, i know you have to press stop and the pad at the same time to stop one. Is there any other way to stop pads ? Why aren't there assignable switches for them (like that would work with a Korg Nano)? _________________ -Ramzi |
