..just starting to get to grips with my new pa600. Just three days old...suddenly ...intermittent distortion..much higher than the level of music I'm playing..only at 10/11 o' clock...Think its a loose connection between the pre amp and power amp but I'm no expert...
Anyway guys..after 3 Yamaha's over the years..guess what ?
I'm sorry to say I'm sending this back for a full refund ...
Not sure whether to to try again with another one or go back to Yamaha.
Thoroughly enjoyed it but not sure if quality is amiss...

Did you adjust any of the EQ's ? It is possible to adjust the EQ's to the point where the internal audio amp clips. You might want to try a factory reset and see if the issue goes away.

..not absolutely sure about eq adjustments ..probably not, but could have done, just too many things to learn and tweak..and as I've said before...the Yamaha does easily things that I need that take seconds to do like its registration and the harmony pedal full keyboard problem...
I could get sent another but overall I think its the end of the road for me with Korg....
If it hadn't gone like this I think I'd have persevered but perhaps its telling me something....who knows..but thanks for all your help in this short period I've had it....
