laurance,
I second your opinion. We need more support from interested members for the Pa900 QT version. |

I don't think this will happen. the Pa800, Pa2X, and Pa3X do not have the scale buttons. Although, it would be very nice to have them.

Why not? There is already a Pa3X OR with Quarter tone buttons.
Since 3 decades (1983 first Korg arranger) we saw many progress with Korg arrangers. I am wondering why not having the PA900 QT version? |

The PA3X OR is special order from Eddy canon in Lebanon. He also had a special version of Pa800 made for him. He also modifies the ROM and puts some Arabic sounds in it along with a special OS for quick access to sounds and styles. He will probably get a Pa900 special version made for him as well. But he sells them at a very high price and they are not not available at every store throughout the world.

I know this is a special version from Lebanon team and I add that this is a commercial version and it's not only for Eddy's personal's usage.
I agree with you about the high price of this version but my point is if the Lebanon team can design QT buttons in the Pa3X for commercial goal, for sure Korg could do it with PA900. As you know there is already the Pa600 OR but personally I don't like the its plastic keybed and lack of full sampling editing option.
Just my 2 cents... |

I too hope that Korg put scale keys on all their keyboards. I love to have them on both my Pa2X and the Kronos.
Cheers,
