i admit, i'm really confused. when loading regular SMFs into the mS, and then initializing GM, i find that it sounds very screwed up. most of the SMF files have drums on MIDI channel 10 and bass on MIDI channel 2 (which is what my DR-880 does). do these channels correspond to the MIDI tracks in the mS sequencer? what i'm really asking is, do i have to change the MIDI channels to correspond to the song template's track assignment, e.g. Drums on sequencer channel 1, bass on seq. channel 2, etc. ??? Crying or Very sad
