One of my knobs only works at certain spots. If I press the pot a bit it works all the way.
Can I fix this or do I need to return my unit?

If it's a faulty part, well if were mine i would send it back, warranty job.

Weather or not you should try to fix it is down to your own judgement, skill, competence etc.. I wouldn't advise it.

Don't attempt to fix it, then you really do void your 1 year warranty !!
Take it back for repair or swop - if it's within 30 days, I would ask for
a new one but that depends on the dealer etc.
