I don't think of it as a dream. I see no reason soemthing couldn't be done with this modeling and the approach they took with the WD for an ekit. |

The editor is so important! If Korg was to incorporate a usb midi thing (not for control but for programming). They could SELL us new algorithms. We could drop rim sounds into heads We need a Wavedrum Pro. |

Out of curiosity, has anyone gone balls to the walls and opened up their wave drum? I'm sure the original sounds cannot be programmed through the interface provided to the users. The question I have is are they flashed onto internal ROM before assembly, or is there an interface on the board which Korg does not give us access to, but that could possibly be hacked by someone with the right knowledge.... |

Caris scroll down a bit farther Freestock has a thread on how to change your loops and Waterdrum has a thread on how to mod for extra triggers and such. Two great threads, turns out Freestock found a micro sd card inside! |

And, as I keep seeing on newer devices. a"randomize" function. This would be a nice addition... to the dream. |

What'd I'd love is:
1) a USB editor
and
2) a body attachment that lets you hold it like a doumbek |
