I don't know how many of you listen to Sonic Talk; it's a weekly program from SonicState.com that has a few synth-heads who talk about the latest gadgets, synthesizers, music software, etc. This week one of their topics was on Sampling the Sampler. There is a company that recently started selling a Kontakt program that emulates the Roland D-50 but appears to re-sample the PCM samples from a D-50. The panel debates the legality of doing this. Worth a listen. _________________ Latest Set Up: Kronos 61, Casio Privia, Korg TR61, EoWave Ribbon, Roli Rise 48, TEC Breath Controller, StudioLogic MP-117 Bass Pedals, Moog Theremini.
