Hi folks,
We just made a video discussing the differences between workstation and arranger keyboards. In case you are debating which kind of keyboard is right for you, it might be useful for you to check it out.

Thanks,

I hope this helps out those looking for a keyboard that are clueless between the two classes. I've seen it happen too many times that someone went and bought a Kronos and was overwhelmed by it's features, when what they really wanted was an arranger. So, of course, they come on to Korg Forums and say what a rotten piece of equipment the Kronos is. This video should be mandatory for the newbies looking for a keyboard. _________________ Latest Set Up: Kronos 61, Casio Privia, Korg TR61, EoWave Ribbon, Roli Rise 48, TEC Breath Controller, StudioLogic MP-117 Bass Pedals, Moog Theremini.
Past Instruments of Construction: Hammond A100 w/Leslie 760, Korg R3, Roland AxSynth, Korg Poly61, Korg M1, Univox MaxiKorg, Korg MS2000, (2) Moog Concertmate MG1, (2) Hammond X5, Rhodes Mark I & 2, Farfisa Compact, Yamaha S08, Casio SK1, Strymon Mobius, Custom Bass Pedals, Burns B3 Theremin. |

Oh yeah, there was an entire thread about a guy dissing the Kronos hahaha! Turned out he needed an arranger. Workstation for me, thanks

Good stuff. The pace could be slightly slower, with more examples, but I hope it helps prospective buyers! |
