Hi guys, some days ago I was looking for a multi switch pedal for my Korg Krome and i came across this gear .
I saw a lot of videos on youtube showing that the pedal matched really good with softwares like guitar rig, but I couldn't find any video in which this interface was used as a switch for a keyboard, so I wanted to ask if you know whether it works properly with a workstation or not.
If not, can you suggest me another switch pedal whose cost is inferior to 100 €? Thanks guys |

It works well with keyboards as well. Most people who use it get the cheap "Uno" modification chip for it which gives it more possibilities and makes it easier to program. |

Thank you man, I think I am definitely gonna buy the fcb1010. But what about the Uno chip, what are his main features and advantages? The only thing i could find on the web is that it makes the whole gear easier to connect with computers and that it allows you to use the expression pedal while using switches. Is it a must-have for this pedal? |

I don't have it so I couldn't tell you exactly. But it seems to me you could use it as is and then you'll notice if you miss anything. I don't think it's an expensive mod anyway. |

while we're on the topic of foot controllers.
I have 2 questions:
1)Is there any such pedal that allows BOTH "Program/Combi UP" and "Program/Combi DOWN" functions?
(I understand there have to 2 switches for that)
2) Is there a foot switch for changing patches in a user-assigned fashion; like not just up/down, but randomly in the sequence the user wants to go.
e.g. from F001 to F034 to F019 etc. _________________ "Ask not what your keyboard can do for you, rather ask what you can do with it." |
