Yes (maybe).
Korg has standard pedals that works with all of it's synths and Korg's preferred pedal polarity is called (duh!) KORG if you look at pedal control options under the Global Menu.
Just about any momentary switch will work. Pedal polarity is easily switched, either at the pedal (if it has a polarity switch) or at the keyboard under Global Menu.
What doesn't work are pedals that support a half-damper function. If your pedal has two black rings on the input jack (TRS) it won't work as intended.

BOSS (Roland) makes a very sturdy line of pedals [FS-U, FS-L, FS-6] in both single and dual configurations - the dual version has switches for multiple modes, which is nice because one side can function as a "damper" and the other can control the assignable pedal in either momentary or latched mode.
