|
|
Yesterday happened to me that, in normal playing and programming Korg Krome occurred repeatedly to switch it off. Always after switching on the instrument while operating perfectly normally and after a few minutes off.
I checked the power cord and adapter - everything seemed to be fine ...
Has this ever happened to anyone? I fear, if I should happen on stage!... |

Sounds like a power supply (brick) issue. Given that they're external, You might get yourself a second and see if that fixes. If I were gigging on stage, I'd definitely always carry a backup.
If that doesn't fix it, then it may be something internal to the board, however, then you'd have a backup power supply! |

It is interesting that the failure also no longer appears. Maybe it was the voltage drop ... Nevertheless, thanks for the advice, if it occurs, I replace the external power supply. |

So unfortunately again yesterday Krome off spontaneously, and I have not woken him. External power after verification is fully functional, so I sent Korg warranty service. I wonder what happens ... |

Krome is back home, so imagine, by the authorized service observations, cold joints in the power supply inside the instrument. If this happens to me once again and right to a performance, I must think about replacing the entire instrument... |
