|
|
hello everybody,
following question:
if i have a single note as a sample, let's say a C from a piano or bass, what parameters do i have to change (i guess EG INT?) to make it a D,E,F,G,A,B etc.
and what would be the corresponding values for the single notes (e.g. C = EG INT 0, D = EG INT 10, etc.)
thanks in advance,
E |

I suppose that you are refering to Volca Sample?
In that case:
"sample SPEED" changes the frequency (=note); the faster the higher, the slower the lower the note.
How to change the speed for individual steps is already described in details in following forum-discussion:

thanks for the reply,
i already know how to change it for the individual steps, just wanted to know how the SPEED values are corresponding to the notes.
e.g. SPEED 0 = C, SPEED 1 = Cis, SPEED 2 = D, etc.
does anybody know? |

if you go to page 2 of the link suggested you will find the answer to your question:
then for every step (1-16) that you want to change the frequency (=speed):
Press&Hold Step 1st (!!) and then twist Speed-knob
(-63 to +63 cents; 3cents = 1 halftone )
AND/OR
Press&Hold Step 1st (!!) and Press&Hold Func and then twist Speed-knob
(-24 to + 24 halfnotes)
ok? |
