Cured is such a strong word, let's just say it is ease for the time being. Once some kids braces are paid for I am sure I will return. Funny how that works.

You can read/learn a lot more about it here:

Loooonnngggg thread, but the inventor is there answering questions etc. this is a new generation of the product and it seems he has finally worked out all the issues. A lot of people are loving it. And it has always been in the hands of the same inventor, Aspen Pittman.

I have used one for over four years. The only significance difference between the newest version and the one I have is an upgraded main woofer. The stereo imaging process is the same. This amp is best suited for live monitoring when space is limited and/or when you want to keep it simple but still want stereo.

In a live stage setting the stereo field is plenty good enough. But as I said earlier, it does have a mid-range push that needs to be EQ'ed out, especially for acoustic piano. For organ (rotating speaker effect) and electric piano it is very good. And it is loud, very loud if need be, for such a small amp and stage footprint. The drawback is that the louder you get the more pronounced the mid-range becomes. That said, it absolutely sounds much better than any other "keyboard amp" I have every player through. It also built very well and is easy to use.

I use my QSC outside the most, no wall to reflect anything off of.

Sorry to have missed your question Bertotti. No, I haven't tried the new generation version. But a lot of people I respect are using it and loving it.

I too wonder about how it works in large ballrooms, outdoor venues as a monitor... I don't need it to be my main amplification in those situations. I currently use 2 QSC K10 and am pretty happy with them. But there are smaller gigs where carry one piece of gear would be most welcome.

Go to the link I posted above/earlier. Plenty of opinions/discussion going on.
