i don't think it's possible. i would also take your 2nd option as a workaround. |

Not quite sure what you're trying to accomplish. You could pan the keyboard sound to the left or right before recording and then pan your vocal the other way before recording it. You could also record your keyboard part in the sequencer first then pan it left or right when you record it in the audio recorder and then pan your vocal the other way. |

If you're trying to record only the vocal without the accompaniment, I'm not sure you can do that.
If you are trying to record the two together that's not a problem at all.
Just record your accompaniment in the sequencer and sing along with it or I believe you can sing along with your playing in real time as well.
There are good instructions on how to set this up in the operations guide which you can download from the Korg site
Good Luck! |

Hey
thanks for the response but yea im trying to get an isolated vocal take, thought there was a way to not record the sequencer yet have it go to my headphones n only get the vocal but its fine i guess i jus export the file n sing with it n hope it all lines up fine, _________________ Mwahahahaha!!! |

1. Sequence your keyboard part.
2. Pan it left
3. Use the audio recorder to record it.
4. Plug in your mic and pan it right
5. Use the audio recorder to record your vocal while monitoring your already recorded keyboard part.
You will then have your isolated keyboard part on the left and your isolated vocal on the right. |
