Kronos with a true analog engine added. Cool Shocked

That will never happen. That isn't the Kronos concept. . Besides, Korg already has a true analog synth out - two of them, actually. The MS-20 and the ARP Odyssey.

Did anyone get more info over the Casio ultra light piano worlstation with two touchscreens?

It should be Combining. Privia Px-5s, Xw-P1, XW-G1 and wk7600 with 3 more sound engines, an advanced sequencer and more arps.. And advanced DAW integration...

They could be on to something...espescially if they add wooden side pannels..

Not really, but at musik store Koeln they told me some time ago that Casio aquired the Technics legacy, both the arranger keyboard stuff and the synth stuff and where investing in them to upgrade to modern day standards, wsa1 anyone?

In the end, its just software they need to add, smaller tablet sized touchscreens are deathcheep, as are processors and memmory... And DAW support does not even require much resources at all, just look at nektar what they are doing...

We all know that Casio holds the future of the home market, with the quallity they currently deliver for those sharp pricess..

Oh I've heard about that some time ago Embarassed The XW and PX5 suggested by speculation I have to add a different direction. But it might actually be part of the XW and PX5 then again I don't have experience ever using an Technic keyboard for some comparison with inside tech features . A bigger screen would suffice nicely as it would lower the learning curve, Casio very fond of their matrix screen tho Rolling Eyes its getting use to it Wink.

I'm totally with you on the home market part but they surprisingly keep hitting gems through the markets for big players whom discover the real sonic value in their products. Oh yeah I'm a fan since I've touch an SK1 in the eighties and doogie the boogie down.

Full sized Odyssey, Mono/Poly for Kronos, King Korg 2 (with a full knobby panel)... My wish list goes on.

Although rumors of a Poly Stylophone played with a thimble on each finger & thumb, instead of the old retro stylus, may not take off Wink
