"WaterDrum SoundEditor " for Korg WaveDrum
Trial Version V.1.21
US KORG Forum PreRelease
This is the first release of the "WaterDrum SoundEditor" for KORG WaveDrum / June 2011.
Included are 15 Preset Sounds , with Infos for the Algorithms.
In the registered Full Version you will find 150 Preset sounds , all commented.
As well I will make special email requests for "UserSoundCollections" .
--You mail your sounds , I collect them , organize them ....
--and at a given date send all of them back to all of You . (no Copyright for me.)
Together with a "SoundPool" of
YOUR own homemade MP3 "BusinessCard" soundfiles for easy listening (15 seconds)
This is an *.XLS file and can be used with many "Office packages" like
"Windows Office" or the Freeware "OpenOffice" and many others.
Its compatible to AppleMAC and probably to LINUX.
if the download link doesnt work anymore (2 weeks?) scroll down this thread for a new link.

a lot of colours means ,you opened it already
you might try to find your favourite zoom factor
mine is 145 % Zoom
my editing position is 2 m away from a 22 inch monitor
with the WD to my left side
this edition is supposed to be able to copy/paste and save your changes
follow the "TUTORIAL" ,see the example soundbank
hope this helps for the first moment |

Got it opened it in iwork numbers. Initially it opens with a lot of the pop up notes opened as stickies but minimizing them sends them back to the cell then a slight delay and the notes pop up as intended. Looks good to me I need to dig in a bit but haven't the time now. Once pet peeve of mine is I like column names at the top tagged to stay up as I scroll down. Anyway I will se what i can do loading some things I worked on but it will be a bit before I get to into it, working on a resume for a promotion and the first interview. I know I'll get that far but beyond that I am a long shot a lot of prep to do. Maybe I should take the WD into the interview and use it to highlight my points! |

[duplicate post - sorry . . . ]
. . . Does the WaveDrum Global have a removable SD card?
. . . Does the editor work with the Global's parameter files ?
Thanks --
