Good spot! I looked again and saw the lights flashing away on the bottom.

I tweeted Mr Hartnoll to let him know about the debate. He said he does enjoy the Electribe and wouldn't have said what if he did if it wasn't the case.
He also read the thread and enjoyed it. Unfortunately he didn't post on it.

If peoples views on a product are based on what other people say about it, that says something about the state of music tech. I mean plugs are always clunky but sometimes a squirrel is just a squirrel even if we think there is more to it. Especially if we have a point to prove, we will see what we want to see.

I like orbital, I like the electribe, so it was nice to see this video and I really liked some of the sounds he made on the electribe, I wonder if Korg will release some of his patterns for us to enjoy. I'd love to see how he did some things, I've gotten so much fun out of that from the built in patterns, some new ones would be cool to learn from.

Either way Paul's opinion the device means very little to me, it was cool to see but I'm sure I'd still use the device regardless. Much like people will hate on it regardless, he could have been as genuine as possible and I bet people would still find something wrong with it...

Getting tiring.....
