Hi,
I want to trig my electribe sampler 2 with my arturia beat step pro using the drum part of it.
I know there is one midi channel assigned per pad but my arturia sends midi notes thru one channel at a time, so is it possible for me to set the electribe to receive midi notes instead of midi channels for each pad?

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible.

You can however, set up the Beatstep to send different channels/notes on each pad, in the Midi Control Center. You could program a scale into it and save that as one of the 16 presets on the Beatstep. Then program a different scale on preset 2, preset 3, etc...

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do. Do you want to use the Beatstep to play the Electribe in keyboard mode?

Here you go. There are two methods here. Using an Arduino would allow you to use all the pads, if you wanted to. It's probably the most flexible.
