Hi everyone!
For a week now I expirience an unusuall problem with my pa1xpro. I turn it on and after loading the os, it freezes before loading the factory resources.
It doesn't freeze every time, but 8 to 10 times it does.
I tried with a new-fresh copy of the latest os+intro1 but the same thing happens.
Any suggestions? _________________ Best Regards

Hi Bill
Sorry to hear - have you also used NEW freshly formatted diskettes for the OS reload?

Personally I would do this first to eliminate any possibility of corruption:-
re-download the OS update and resources,
install onto new formatted diskettes,
re-install everything using the "INTRO-1" approach
I wouldn't assume that the OS is OK at this stage - definitely worth a full re-load.

What version OS?

Hi Pete,
The os i use is the latest 3.01. I tried with a fresh copy of os, fresh disks, but still nothing.... Power off and reboot- still crashes on the loading screen with no message. Not even the dialog window, just the image of the pa1xpro... _________________ Best Regards

After many many attempts (about 20 times) of installing the OS it finally worked...
Up to now it haven't crashed yet. I hope it stays that way!!! _________________ Best Regards

Unfortunately, the same thing is happening... Anyone knows what else than os can go wrong to make this problem appear? Any hardwear issues?
Anyone!!! _________________ Best Regards
