I have just addresed the problem.
There was a bad soldering at the LCD controller pcb.
Now fixed and the panel works just fine!

Recently my M3-M started to show these problems on touch screen. I solved the problem replacing the touch screen by a cheap one (Model Number TB00049) that I found on Aliexpress, for only $11. I can tell you that it works very good and it come alredy with the adhesive. Here is the link if any one is interested:
