Did my research over the last few days and it seems it is a very common power related issue.My MicroKorg have the same symptoms and gets the same results with batteries or power supply: the leds run the boot sequence and after it shuts down.

By mistake i discovered that if i press Write + 1-7 during the boot sequence it remains on but with the E. value stuck on.Now the USB Midi device gets signal once the cables are connected IN/Thru but on the basic test via Midi apps or Sequencers it doesn't receive any data.

I intent to use the keyboard only as midi controller for the time being as i don't have a proper sound card interface.
