|
|
Hi there, I have the monotron delay and the duo one, which I'd like to use as an effect to send on each of my channel in my mixer where I have the electribe. I plugged the aux into the aux of my yamaha 124 cx and output into return of mixer, but when I send it to my ea1 part 1 it doesn't work the way I expected, the monotron plays its own sound but doesn't filtered or delay the synth part...is it anything you could help me with???
Thank you...Am pretty new to this stuff |

Can you just be a bit clearer about the signal path right through ? It's not altogether clear what you're doing.

Hi, ok I plugged aux from korg delay to aux of my mixer, then output from korg delay to return of my mixer, using for both a stereo to rca cable.
then i send the effect of my delay korg to one of the channel of the mixer, but it doesn't affect the signal of my instrument, I can only hear the korg delay playing.
I hope I've been bit more clear..
Thanx for help |

Hi,
It should be ok. Some point of attention, all in/outs on the Monotron Delay are mono. (Check pannings on the mixer maybe?)
I would say, it seems like sending from mixer on aux channel towards the Monotron is not ok. Try to check that signal path with some other equipment than the Monotron connected to the mixer.
Cheers. _________________ microKORGXL, Kaossilator Pro, monotribe, SQ-1, volca fm, Kross 88 BK

Did you turn up the send level on the mixer? Sometimes you will have the send level for each channel but then also a global send level for that aux send.
The return is working fine if you can hear the monotron's own sounds. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,
