Hi

Can we create intro, fills, break and variations in any model of Korg Electribe sampler to use live? I'm not talking about song creation but to make different patterns of beat and use them live.

Thanks

Hi, if I'm reading your query correctly, then surely the answer is a 'yes' - simply save each beat variation, however you wish it creatively to flow, as an individual pattern to be combined when live, as you choose, and voila.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I want to use Indian percussion wav. loops thru an external Yamaha arranger keyboard (via MIDI clock). Which Electribe sampler do you recommend? I read the manual of ES1, MK2, ESX-1 & ES2, their functionality looks similar to me, is there any difference among them

Thanks,

Hi again, hopefully someone with more experience of all the models you've mentioned, will be able to fill you in as to which, from all those you've listed, would be the best choice for you.

I think i found a bug:
Copying a part while playback chokes tied notes.
On Pad 1 is a chord sequence, when i copy my drums from 9 to 10. Pad 1s spund got killed until next bar when a new chord is played.

Edit: Another Quality of Life improvement would be: Indicating semitones instead of numbers with the Pitch/Glide knob, could be counted to showing all synchronized modulation and insert fx in note values.
